| DOB: 5/17/2004
RavenChild is one handsome dude. He had the misfortune of losing the Alpaca Ontario's Spring 2008 Show Black Championship (halter) to his own son, Ringo Starr, placing 2nd -- he settled for 1st, senior black male. Additionally, he has placed 2nd A.O. Spring 2008 Show, black yearling male; 2006 A.O. Show; 2nd senior black male, A.O. 2007 Spring Show.

For fleece spin-off competitions, RavenChild won 1st A.O. Spring 2009 Show, 2nd Empire Alpaca 2009 Spin-Off.

Huacaya, Female, Proven, Light Silver Grey
CLAA# 21116 | DOB: 6/30/2000
This top-notch gem is the result of two grey parents, her dam almost a twin to Genny.

Genevieve, with her beautiful eyes, has been a production female, whose history of textbook births is legend. You could almost set a clock to her - and that cria will likely be grey!

She is an easy, unassuming mother, going about her business with no razzamatazz. Her offspring have won multiple awards: her grey full brothers, Ring Ranch Matrix won Grand Champion Grey 2005 at the Can. National Futurity, f...

Description

"Trip" has been a friendly, inquisitive male since day one and fit as a fiddle, with no health issues.

He has a phenomenally dreamy fleece, especially for a grey, measuring among the lowest micron count in our herd at 17.3. It is lusciously soft and fine, showing medium crimp style and good length.

His award-winning sire, RavenChild, is the low micron culprit, having maintained a stunning 21.5m as a 6 year old black. His grey dam, mother to numerous champions, was measured at 21.5 (2006), so has maintained her lovely fleece with age, as well.

Tripper is well built, with lovely conformation, good head and bite. He would be the perfect building block to establishing some outstanding grey bloodlines in your herd.
